This is a wonderful plaster or chalk hand painted airbrushed 1920s or 1930s mannequin head from old estate. It is 13 1/2″ tall by 8 1/2″ by 8 and weighs four pounds. It is in very good condition and all I see is a paint flake on her nose and chin and somebody accented her eyes with a graphite pencil. Offering this lovely Art Deco dancer by Royal Dux, done in their well known cobalt blue. Beautiful modeling and coloring, and she has such a gorgeous face! This piece was designed by the famous Elly Strobach, and is marked as such. In wonderful condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs nor restorations. The only thing to mention is that she was very dirty with decades of grime stuck to her when I acquired her, and I have cleaned her the best I could. She still looks a little dirty in some spots, but I don’t believe this detracts from her exquisite beauty. She is well marked and even retains her original sticker. She stands 8.75 inches tall. Art Nouveau/ Deco Bronze Statue by Chiparus Flapper 1920s Dancer Figurine Deal. This sculpture is in perfect condition. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base: Height 19″ x Width 5″. Marble Dimensions: 5″ X 5″. Height without base: 14. Another stunning piece to collect decorate, and behold in your abode or office. Only the highest quality in patina is used to last generations. The brown flesh tones are actually the amazing applications of a patina blend over bronze. She stands tall in a full body beaded suit that covers her head to toe, she also wears a matching hat. She has this elegant stance and her hands meet above her head, as if she is meditating with her eyes close and her legs crossed one in front of the other and is signed. Casted in USA using the lost wax method. Notice the authenticity of this recast of the original sculpture by examining the head torso and hand positions. Poor reproductions do not use the original mold and create their sculptures based on artist’s renditions.
