Rare ancien peigne diadème à cheveux ancien en très bon état. Peigne de haut de tête. La plaque métallique sert de tiare ou de diadème miniature. Elle se place généralement au sommet ou à l’arrière d’un chignon haut pour donner de la structure et de l’éclat à la coiffure de soirée. Plaque en laiton ou métal doré. Decorée d’un simple filet gravé sur le contour. Avec une charnière mécanique reliant le peigne à la plaque pour permettre d’ajuster l’angle de la plaque une fois le peigne inséré dans les cheveux. Cela permettait à l’ornement de rester bien visible et vertical, peu importe l’inclinaison du chignon. La forme incurvée des dents est conçue pour épouser la forme du crâne et maintenir une coiffure volumineuse, comme un chignon « Pompadour ». Largeur plaque 2.5 cm. Longueur plaque 11 cm. Longueur Peigne 7.5 cm. Largeur peigne 6.5 cm. Dans une boîte rectangulaire ancienne en carton.
