This is a solid brass fixture modeled after the classic Victorian designs of the early 20th century. Brass components have been hand-aged in our shop to achieve an authentic patina-the finish is real, not painted, and will grow continually richer over time. The flame finial atop the arm recalls its roots in early gas lighting fixtures, many of which were later converted to electric. We’ve used the very best parts for this beautiful piece. All parts including wiring and lamp socket are new reproduction making for safe and reliable operation. Fixture Measurements (w/o shade). Depth (horizontal): 8 inches. Height (vertical, from flame tip to bottom shade fitter): 7 inches. Canopy (diameter): 5 inches. Most of our lamp shades can be paired with this fixture. Images show three shades.
